Software Distribution Procedure

• Parties interested in licensing software will be given a Sub-license Agreement. The Service Fees section of the Service Plan describes the levels of service available.

• Parties will complete and send to CIESIN the Software Sub-License Agreement indicating the rate at which they want to participate in the program.

• Upon receiving the Sub-License agreement, CIESIN will ship the software installation media and other accompanying materials.

• Documentation will not be provided with the software. Licensees will be given information allowing them to obtain documentation from ESRI at a discounted rate, as specified by the current Site License contract.

• Major new releases of ESRI products will be distributed to license participants within one month of release date.
