Sub-License Agreement between
CIESIN and Columbia University Users of
ESRI Software and Data

This Agreement is the expression of covenants between __________________________ (Licensee) and CIESIN, whereas the Licensee agrees to accept the licensing of the ESRI software at the level of ___________________ beginning ________________ for the period of one year, at the rate of _____________, after which the license may be renewed annually at the most current specified rate.

By signing this agreement the Licensee agrees that the licensed products

•will be used only on Columbia University machines

•will not be duplicated for the purpose of distribution except where the Licensee has a formal understanding with CIESIN for intra-University distribution

•will only be used for University-related work, i.e., not for commercial purposes.
